Six hundred islets isolated from BALB/c mice were transplanted into the liver of streptozotocin-induced diabetic C57/BL6 mice. Recipient mice received vehicle or trametinib (0.1 or 0.3 mg/kg) orally from the d of transplantation to d 28. Blood glucose levels (A) and islet graft survival (B) were monitored (n = 8 or 9). Graft survival was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared with vehicle treatment using a log-rank test (**P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001).
