The starting position was converted into a percentage where 0% means the peptide starting at the N-terminus and 100% refers to the peptide starting at the C-terminus. Each bin represents the number of peptides within the range of 5%. For example, the first column shows the number of peptides starting between 0% and 5% in proteins.
