Effect of HIR on the apoptosis of podocytes co-cultured with macrophages in a high-glucose environment. (A) qPCR analysis of the indicated iNOS and CD206 mRNA in macrophages; (B) Western blot was used to detect the expression of iNOS and CD206 protein in macrophages; (C) HG induced increased expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 in macrophages; (D) apoptotic podocytes were quantified and compared. 1M, 2M, and 3M indicate the ratio of macrophages to podocytes is 1, 2, and 4, respectively.
