ARPE-19 cells grown in 96-well plates were infected with AD169rev-GFP. At three days post infection, fresh medium containing 10 μg/mL of 3–25 or control IgG or medium only was used to replace the culture medium of infected ARPE-19 cells. At 12 days post viral infection, whole-well GFP images were captured using C.T.L. Immunospot analyzer.
