Effects of BO on CaMKII/RyR2 signaling, Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, activated caspase-3 expression and Akt phosphorylation in atrium. (A) CaMKII phosphorylation (Thr 286) was significantly increased in the BO group (n = 10) (**P < 0 .01 vs. Control (n = 12) by one-way ANOVA), but this increase was blocked in the Pro + BO group (n = 12) (**P < 0 .01 vs. BO by one-way ANOVA).
