100 μM Sphingosine, trans-PhotoSph and cis-PhotoSph were incubated with SPHK1 (A) or SPHK2 (B) with ATP as the limiting reagent for 2 h. ATP was converted into a luminescence signal proportional to the amount of remaining ATP. Samples were run in triplicates. Samples (N = 3) were run in triplicates.
