Aortae were collected 14 days after PPE infusion. After digestion into single cells, the aortae were stained with monoclonal antibodies against CD45, CD11b, and F4/80. Leukocytes (CD45⁺) (A), myeloid cells (CD45⁺ CD11b⁺) (B), and macrophages (CD45⁺ CD11b⁺F4/80⁺) (C) were analyzed by flow cytometry. Data presented as mean and SD of the percentages of leukocytes (P=0.039), myeloid cells (P=0.002), and macrophages (P=0.002) in total aortic cells.
