单克隆抗体特征

Characteristic features of the anti-CII monoclonal antibodies

Antibody Epitope Epitope sequence of the a-chain Isotypes V genes
All epitopes are in native triple helical form. G: Glycine; P: Proline or Hydroxyproline; E: Glutamic acid; R: Arginine; K: Lysine; H: Histidine; F: Phenylalanine; A: Alanine; L: Leucine; T: Threonine; Y: Tyrosine. The C1 epitope consists of 3 distinct epitopes(C1Ⅰ; C1Ⅱ; C1Ⅲ). CIIC1 binds the shortest part of the epitope that is critical for binding of all C1 specific antibodies.
