S vs N S-Acu group vs N-Acu group. A positive t-value means that the increased fALFF in this brain region of S-Acu group was higher than that of N-Acu group. S vs M S-Acu group vs M-Acu group. A negative t-value means that the increased fALFF in this brain region of S-Acu group was lower than that of M-Acu group. All regions reached a voxel-level significance threshold of P < 0.005, FWE correct P = 0.05, cluster size> 30
