Phylogenetic tree of KT/HAK/KUP family proteins among tea plant, poplar, rice, grape and Arabidopsis. The proteins belonging to each of the five species are represented by different colors and shapes. The KT/HAK/KUP family proteins were classified into four clusters (I, II, III, IV). Every cluster further were divided into two subgroups including cluster IA and IB, Cluster IIA and IIB, Cluster IIIA and IIIB, Cluster IVA and IVB, based on their sites in a same branch. The gene ID of tea plant, poplar, rice, grape and Arabidopsis KUP/HAK/KT family proteins are listed in Table S2. Cs, Camellia sinensis; Pt, Populus trichocarpa; At, Arabidopsis thaliana; Os, Oryza sativa .Vv, Vitis vinifera
