Note the differences in intensity and spectral profiles for SWCNTs that are less bundled (2% SDC and dialyzed) and loss of fluorescence with pluronic only. To ensure dialyzed SWCNTs did not elicit toxicity, small airway epithelia cells were exposed to a range of concentrations (μg/ml) for 24 hours and viability quantified. No toxicity was observed at any of the doses tested (N=3).
