Experiments were performed in triplicate and each bar represents the mean ± standard deviation. (C) The effects of Cec4 on mature biofilms of CRAB. The adherent biofilm was stained by crystal violet, and then the dye was extracted with ethanol, measured at a 570-nm absorbance, and presented as percentage of biofilm remains compared to untreated wells (0 μg/mL).
