Transfer frequency of pSU4833 plasmid complemented with MobBCloDF13 or MobBΔTMD mediated by the secretion channel of R388 conjugative system has been studied. E. coli DH5α and UB1637 strains were used as donor and recipient cells, respectively. Transfer frequencies were normalized to the number of transconjugants per donor and are the mean value of at least five independent experiments. (+) Positive control; (−) Negative control; Ø: no T4CP.
