Screening of RHDV-derived peptides. Thirteen peptides from the capsid protein VP60 of RHDV were predicted in silico to potentially bind to RLA-A1 and were verified by refolding in vitro. RLA-A1 and hβ2m co-refolding without any peptides was used as a negative control. Peak 1 (P1), peak 2 (P2), and peak 3 (P3) represent the aggregated heavy chain, the correctly refolded heterotrimer RLA-A1/peptide complex, and the hβ2m, respectively.
