(B) HPLC analysis for the same solution of VAS3947, oxazole-2-thiol, and the VAS3947/BSA mixture. (C) MS and HPLC analyses indicate that the thiol function of BSA is alkylated by the benzyltriazolopyrimidine moiety of VAS3947, with the oxazole-2-thiol moiety of VAS3947 serving as leaving group.
