Correlation between methylation status and gene expression level of LMX1A in NSCLC cell lines. (A) Quantitative DNA methylation levels of LMX1A in eight NSCLC cell lines were analyzed by Q-MSP. Gene expression levels of LMX1A and the internal reference GAPDH were analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR. (B) Quantitative DNA methylation levels of LMX1A in CL1-0, H23, and H1299 cells treated with 5 µM 5-aza-2ʹ-deoxycytidine (DAC) or left untreated were determined by Q-MSP. The results are represented as differences in the methylation index (MI).
