Higher expression of GABA Ra1 were observed in the PFC of MSC-exo-treated mice, yet GABA Ra2, GABA Rb1 and oxytocin remained unchanged in the PFC and the cerebellum. a–d GABA Rb1 expression was significantly increased in the PFC but not in the cerebellum (a). There was no significant difference in GABA-Ra2 (b) and GABA-Rb1 (c). Also, there was no difference in oxytocin receptors (d).
