The effects of fucoidan on OC cell proliferation. (A) Normal ovarian epithelial cells (IOSE80) and OC cells (SKOV-3, A2780, OVCAR-3, TOV-112D and Caov-3) were treated with fucoidan (0–150 μg/mL) for 0–72 h. A CCK8 kit was used to monitor cell proliferation (n = 5). (B) The mRNA and protein levels of PCNA were detected by PCR and Western blot analyses.
