The effects of fucoidan on OC cells apoptosis. (A) The levels of PI3K, Akt, and p-Akt protein expression was determined by Western blot analysis. (B) A CCK8 kit was used to monitor cell proliferation (n = 5) and the level of PCNA protein expression was detected by Western blot. (C) Apoptosis of SKOV-3 and Caov-3 cells was determined by flow cytometry. (D) Western blot analysis was performed to determine the levels of proteins related to cell apoptosis and the cell cycle.
