A 30-year-old female presented with fever and cough. Her initial blood oxygen saturation was 96% on room air. Axial (A) and sagittal (B) reconstructions of low dose spiral CT scan of the chest revealed patchy ground glass opacities most prominently in bilateral lower lobes with total CT score of 5. The patient was admitted to the ward and discharged after six days with good general conditions
