miR-137-3p is downregulated in prostate cancer. (A) Expression of miR-137-3p was analyzed by qRT-PCR in 3 prostate cancer cell lines, and RWPE-1 was used as a normal control. (B) miR-137-3p levels were shown to be downregulated in 20 prostate cancer tissues compared to paired normal samples using qRT-PCR.
