miR-137-3p inhibits prostate cancer metastasis and modulates cell apoptosis. After transfection of miR-137-3p mimics or negative control into two prostate cancer cell lines (48 h), (A) cell migration was measured by wound healing assay. (B) Cell invasion was measured by Transwell assay, and the number of cells in the lower chamber was counted. (C) Cell apoptosis was measured after staining with PI & Annexin V. (D) The percentage of apoptotic cells was counted. (E) Cells were harvested, and Bcl-2 was detected by Western blot. **p<0.01. Experiments were performed at least in triplicate.
