The JNK3 level is highly expressed and negatively correlated with miR-137-3p in both prostate cancer cell lines and tissues. The mRNA and protein levels of JNK3 in prostate cancer cell lines were detected by qRT-PCR (A) and Western blotting (B). qRT-PCR was used to analyze the expression of JNK3 in 20 paired prostate cancer tumors and adjacent controls (C).
