A 20-year-old man with multiple trauma and chest trauma admitted to ICU, who was initially suspicious for COVID-19 too, but based on the improvement of clinical and paraclinical results, COVID-19 was ruled out. 11 A: faint patchy GGO is seen in both lungs more in the anterior aspect of the right upper lobe. 11B: an axial image of the chest CT scan in the level of inferior pulmonary vein showed a small area of consolidation in the posterior aspect of the left lower lobe with minimal adjacent pleural effusion. Mild patchy GGO is seen in the posterior of the right lower lobe. 11 C: there is faint small patchy GGO in the posterior of the right lower lobe. Also, complete atelectasis of the left lower lobe is noted.
