(B) Triclosan-induced LDH release was increased by treatment with the autophagy inhibitor 3-MA. (C) Western blotting results indicated that triclosan inhibited p62 and p-STAT3 protein expression levels, and increased LC3II and p-AMPK expression levels, which were reversed by NAC.
