Four-week old female BALB/c mice were primed or primed and boosted with ChAd-control or ChAd-SARS-CoV-2-S via intramuscular route. A-B. Serum samples from ChAd-control or ChAd-SARS-CoV-2 vaccinated mice were collected at day 21 after priming (A) or boosting (B) and assayed for neutralizing activity by FRNT.
