(A) Cross-linked MC-peptide hydrogels for affinity-controlled release. (B) Twenty micrograms of ChABC-SH3 or ChABC-37-SH3 was mixed into 100 μl of MC hydrogel alone or modified with SH3-binding peptides. The hydrogels released protein into artificial cerebrospinal fluid (aCSF) over 7 days. Release was plotted as percentage of total protein loaded (*P < 0.05).
