Red centers denote associations with 95% credible intervals that do not cover 0. Lambda represents the strength of the effect of each covariate on each taxa. A lambda value of 1 reflects a unit fold change in SCFA concentration over control as being associated with a unit fold change in the CLR-transformed relative abundance of the genus.
