Cholesterol or oleic acid addition experiment. Gain-of-function study was conducted by the addition of cholesterol+ (55 mg), cholesterol++ (110 mg), oleic acid + (45 mg), and oleic acid ++ (200 mg) compared to the negative control (solvent only). Cholesterol or oleic acid were added after preincubation, day 2, and chick embryo was analyzed postinjection, day 4.
