MH-30 was given daily at 100 mg/kg B.W. for 20 days. From day 3 after initial oral feeding of MH-30, cisplatin was intraperitoneally injected at 3 mg/kg B.W. twice a week for three weeks. (B) Body weight of all groups was measured once every three or four days. (C) On day 17 after initial injection of cisplatin, the liver and the kidneys of all groups were removed, and their weight was measured. There were twelve mice in each group.
