Mann-Whitney U-test, pre therapy: Affected vs. non-affected eyes pre therapy, p=0.111; orbital and conjunctival tumour localization affected and non-affected eyes, both p>0.05. Wilcoxon signed-rank test, pre therapy vs. 1-year post therapy: Affected eyes, p=0.892; non-affected eyes, p=0.583. Due to bilateral manifestations, we were only able to compare the visual acuity of 65 affected eyes with 45 non-affected eyes (one case was excluded because of lack of data).
