Adjusted Cox survival curves: time from baseline elevated HbA1c measurement around the ACA expansion to a controlled measurement by insurance cohort. This subset analysis identified patients with an uncontrolled HbA1c (HbA1c ≥9%) measurement within 3 months prior to ACA Medicaid expansion start date (1 January 2014).
