Each data point is the average of three replicates with error bars of ±2 standard deviations. FACT, H3-H4 and DNA are wheat. For H2A-H2B, regions with no detectable change are white, regions with change are yellow for H2A and red for H2B, and regions with no peptide coverage are grey.
