Since January 2020 Elsevier has created a COVID-19 resource centre with free information in English and Mandarin on the novel coronavirus COVID-19. (A) Live-SARS-CoV-2 microneutralization. Serum samples of the same 11 COVID-19 convalescent patients (P1-P11) were used to perform live SARS-CoV-2 virus microneutralization. Ten out of 11 samples neutralized over 50% live-virus at 1:50 dilution.

(B) Correlation between two methods was evaluated by ND₅₀. A significant correlation was observed between the results of the two methods (r = 0.8325). Data is analyzed by Pearson's correlation comparison.
