The one-month cost estimates for SBM were not statistically significant. The average and one-year match length estimates for SBM are conservative estimates assuming the one month values are at most equal to those from the non-desegregated regressions (i.e. SBM values in Equation 1b use the “one month” estimate from equation 1, and in Equation 2b use the “one month” estimates from Equation 2).
