(A) qRT-PCR was performed to detect the interference efficiency of three siRNAs (si-USF1#1, si-USF1#2, si-USF1#3); (B) The expression of HAS2-AS1 in si-NC+oe-NC, si-USF1+oe-NC, si-USF1+oe-HAS2-AS1 groups were detected by qRT-PCR. (C) Cell migration in each group was detected by wound healing assay. (D) Cell invasion ability in each groups was detected by Transwell assay.
