Xyloglucan content in cell wall preparations using isoprimeverose (IP) as a proxy. Determination of isoprimeverose (IP) content of the AIR prepared from etiolated hypocotyls of Arabidopsis Col-0 (graph A), clsc456812 (graph B), and xxt1 xxt2 (graph C). AIR was digested with Driselase, and the digested material was analyzed by high-performance anion exchange chromatography (HPAEC). The IP content in the sample was quantified using maltose as an internal standard.
