On Day 3, not exercised animals demonstrate reduced TNF-α concentrations with varying doses of PCB administration as compared to no PCB. Similarly, reduced TNF-α concentrations were seen with PCB administration in exercised animals on Day 3. On Day 5, in not exercised animals, PCB 100 revealed a slight increase in TNF-α concentrations, whereas PCB 500 and PCB 1000 demonstrated little or no change when compared to no PCB. However, on Day 5, exercised mice, reveal little or no change with varying doses of PCB.
