(a–i) shows boxplots and p-values for the twelve important imaging features identified by the PGA-BP. The differences between long and short survival time patients are significant (the p-values are all less than 0.05) using the selected image features, suggesting the selected imaging features may largely affected patient survival time. The identified important features are all texture features related parameters characterized by GLCM features.
