AHI improvement rate: ∆AHI (%) = (1−AHI_post/AHI_pre)*100; success rate is the percentage of patients with a more than 50% AHI reduction; normalization rate is the percentage of patients with AHI reduced to less than 5 events/h. MMP = maximal mandibular protrusion.
