Elizabethkingia anophelis species-specific phylogenomic analysis. Maximum-likelihood midpoint-rooted phylogeny was reconstructed using 121,827 bialleleic, orthologous single-nucleotide polymorphisms identified among the 71 E. anophelis genomes. E. anophelis genomes correctly identified to species level are colored green, Elizabethkingia meningoseptica genomes incorrectly identified to species level are colored blue, and new Elizabethkingia anophelis genomes generated in this study are colored black.
