Clinical isolates EkQ5 (earliest-collected and reference strain) and EkQ17 were collected from two different transplant patients, while Ek6 was collected from a shared handwashing sink on the transplant ward. Gray shading shows no differences, green shows similarities between EkQ17 and EK6, and blue highlights unique changes.
