Proportions of transitional B-cells (A), naïve B-cells (B), plasma blasts/plasma cells (C), memory B-cells (D) and IgD-only memory B-cells (G) were not different between all groups. Switched memory B-cells were elevated in SLE patients compared with HCs (E). Non-switched memory B-cells were decreased in SLE patients compared with HCs and iSLE patients (F).
