a, b Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of HeLa cells with ASF1B silencing. Stable ASF1B-shRNA-HeLa cells and control cells were seeded into 6-well plates. After washing and staining with PE Annexin V and 7-AAD, flow cytometry analysis was performed. c Protein expression of canonical molecules important for cell apoptosis.
