Partial loss of function of Spn-F, a phosphorylation target of Ik2, enhances the toxicity of CHMP2B^Intron5 in vivo. (a) Partial loss of Spn-F activity greatly enhanced the CHMP2B^Intron5 eye phenotype, as judged by comparison with control flies.
