Peptide array analysis identifies distinct regions of USP7 Ubl domains with potential for interacting with p65. A, peptide arrays of immobilized overlapping 18-mer peptides, each shifted to the C terminus by 4 amino acids, encompassing the C-terminal region of USP7 were generated.
