HC-PCAMs behave as individual reaction compartments that can be distinguished based on enzymatic activity. a Microscopic (left side) and COPAS analysis (right side) of mixtures of HC-PCAMs (1:5 ratio of microcapsules with cells expressing Gly-SrtF wild type:Gly-SrtF-C195G) after 21 h’ reaction with 50 µM FITC-LPQTGE.
