Patients with coronary artery disease, renal insufficiency, and (A) CD34+, (B) CD34+/CD133+, or (C) CD34+/CXCR4+ counts below the respective median cutoffs were at a higher risk of cardiovascular (CV) death or myocardial infarction (MI).
