Decompression under visual control. (A) and (B) showed the image of PLL before the decompression. The decompression was performed under visual control and gravity‐controlled liquid flow. To expose the lumbar disc, the PLL need to be incited. (C) showed the PLL was incited and only during the PLL incision, the patients had pain provoked.
