(A) and (B) Preoperative MRI of sagittal and axial of the lumbar spine showed the L₅S₁ disc herniation and spinal stenosis. The patient indicated the pain provocation during the PLL incision and the pain is similar to his LBP before the operation. (C) and (D) Postoperative MRI indicated that the disc herniation was cleared the decompression was successful.
